In order for Ivo to open an RRSP account, the paperwork has to be signed on Canadian soil. Which means that I had to bundle up Liam and take him off to the embassy in The Hague to have my signature witnessed and stamped into Canada (for which privilege I got to pay €35). After the embassy, I walked the few blocks back to Ivo’s office – on the way I saw this interesting sign on the sidewalk:
In European sign language, a red circle around something means it’s forbidden. So, dog poop is not allowed on this part of the sidewalk, which begs the question of whether it’s available on the other bits.
And, a random lovely shot of reflections in a canal.
And Ivo with Liam in the sling while we ate dinner and a nice Italian place we found while we were doing the pre-natal class.
After we got home, Liam of course was full of energy late at night (he usually is – I’m afraid he takes after his mother as far as being a night person). Here are some pics of him standing up on my lap – he really is standing, I’m just helping him balance. Quite strong for a boy of only 2.5 months.
