Orange craziness. The European Cup is being played right now and the Netherlands is slowly being covered in orange flags. Tonight was the first game the Netherlands was in, against France. We went to a game BBQ at our friends’ house and were instructed to wear orange. Now, our friends are smart people, so I wasn’t really expecting the level of craziness from them that we soon saw. Here we are settling in to watch the game.
However, it soon became too loud inside for Liam, what with the shouting, noise makers, megaphones and drums. So outside for him.
Celebrating one of the Dutch goals. The Dutch weren’t expected to make it out of their pool, which has been dubbed the pool of death because it contains Italy and France, the first and second teams in the 2006 World Cup, and Romania. However, they won this game against Italy 3-0.
