Yup, we bought a car. It’s a 1998 Seat Cordoba Vario. Seat is pronounced Say-at and is a Spanish maker that was taken over by VW so is now good quality and drives very nicely – corners especially nicely. The Vario means it’s a station wagon, but it’s a small one – they never went out of style here. Here it is.
That’s our place behind this last one – we live on the first (not ground) floor behind the rightmost tree.
The first thing we did was go to a neighbouring town where there’s a cookware factory, Sola, with an outlet shop attached. We bought a new cookset for pretty cheap – €113 for this 6-piece set of nice pans,
