This morning was time for the North American variant, as I had left over buttermilk from corn bread last week. So yummy buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup it was. And even Liam got in on the action with a pancake (without the syrup). This was after his customary oatmeal with banana – the boy eats a lot! He’s not shy about feeding himself either, with a chunk in each hand to maximize efficiency!
