A statue of musketeer d'Artagnan who died near this spot in 1673 during a siege of the city. Dumas wrote the book over 180 years later. This is about when Sprocket decided he'd had enough and we hurried back to the train station to get back to the hotel. It was getting dark and it was very cold. |
